A relaxed fit blouse which has been made using a lightweight cotton that has a small dot woven through the fabric. The sleeve has been gathered in to the shoulder seam to create a puffed shape at the shoulder finishing at the cuff with elastic and a frill edge. The front buttoned placket is concealed and has a stand collar. The chest has two flower appliques in self fabric.
